Wish: "I wish to stop caring about what anyone thinks of me."
Weapon: Her boots can "grow" weapons of almost any kind such as knives and spikes.

Personality: Incredibly blunt. This is thanks to her wish, she doesn't feel the need to sugarcoat things because she doesn't care how people will react. If you can get over this slightly intimidating trait Lily is actually quite nice. She doesn't swear and is pretty well spoken. She tends to curtsy to great people instead of shaking hands or bowing shes a bit pretentious ahem ahem
Background:
Grew up like most kids, with both parents and one sibling (an older brother, in her case.) Her parents got divorced when she was eight, her brother now lives with her mother, she lives with her dad. She loves him but he has difficulty talking to her because he often doesn't know what to talk about with her except for school and his job.
Lily never had a lot of confidence. She didn't have many friends and was downright afraid of some people. She liked a lot of things that she feared weren't normal and therefor she was afraid to express her feelings about them. She used to wear very boring clothes, scared to buy the things she actually liked because she thought people wouldn't accept her anymore if she wore them. Lily was pretty much invisible.
Then Ruubey appeared. He was cutesy and almost like a creature she could see depicted on one of the dresses she adored so much. Ruubey told her she could wish for anything she wanted, and she thought of things like money or a castle or all the clothes she ever wanted, but she figured these wishes would not keep her happy, they were too materialistic.
Then, one day, when Lily swore a girl at school -one she considered to be important due to her influence in the school- had looked at her in a condescending and dissaproving way -and how horrible Lily had felt because of it- , she knew what to wish for: "I wan't to stop caring. Whatever people say or think about me, or how they look at me, I just want to stop thinking about them."
Since then Lily has been wearing the most gaudy dresses she could afford and drinking tea and eating cake at every little cakeshop she fancied without so as much as granting people a glance when they would look at her. Lily never had many friends and her wish hasn't changed much about that (people tend to feel she gives them the cold shoulder). She is however quite thankful for the need to work together to fight witches most puella/pueri feel because just because she doesn't mind what people think of her doesn't mean she likes being lonely.
